We ship across India through trusted courier partners.
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 5–7 business days
Remote Locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Free Shipping on prepaid orders above a certain order value (if applicable).
Standard shipping charges apply based on location and order weight.
Any shipping promotions will be clearly mentioned at checkout.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID
A link to track your shipment status in real-time
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours, please contact us.
COD availability depends on your pin code and courier partner serviceability.
Additional COD charges may apply (if applicable).
MarketManiax is not responsible for:
Wrong or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Failed deliveries due to unavailable recipients.
If an order is returned to us due to such reasons, the customer may need to pay re-shipping charges.
If your package arrives damaged:
Take clear photos or videos of the package and product.
Notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery.
We will investigate and offer a replacement or resolution based on the situation.
If a package is lost in transit, we will raise a claim with the courier and keep you updated.
Currently, MarketManiax ships only within India.
International shipping may be added in the future.
