Refund & Return Policy

At MarketManiax, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer easy returns and refunds based on the guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • The product is damaged or defective.

  • You received the wrong item.

  • The product is missing accessories/parts.

  • The item is eligible for return as per product details.

Note:
Items like innerwear, personal care products, cosmetics, and hygiene-related items are not eligible for return due to safety reasons.

2. Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging.

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support@marketmaniax.in with:

    • Order ID

    • Product photos/videos

    • Reason for return

  2. Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.

  3. A pickup will be arranged through our courier partner.

  4. After inspection, your refund or replacement will be processed.

4. Refund Method

Refunds are processed via:

  • Original payment method

  • Store credit (if preferred)

Refund Time: 5–7 business days after product pickup & quality check.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Sale/discounted products (unless defective)

  • Hygiene-related and personal products

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.

  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • For COD orders, repeated cancellations may lead to account restrictions.
